E-signature's definition based on e-Commerce law and RMC no. 29-2021:

eCWT Portal replaces the manual submission of hardcopy BIR Forms - 2307. Customers can submit their electronic BIR Forms 2307 which be posted as payments to the accounts, real-time.

Please note the following enhancements in the portal (in compliance with RMC No. 36-2021):
1) Change of terminologies from “FVAT” to “CVAT” in the homepage, other system fields, BIR form reference number, email notifications, and reports as applicable.
2) Change of BIR form from 2306 to 2307.
We recommend to use the bulk upload filing if you are preparing for more than 10 accounts.

2. BIR Form 2307 has to be conformed by Globe electronically which you need to see on your BIR Form.
For Globe's Single Filing, amounts are auto-computed based on the Tax Rate (ATC) and gross amount of EWT (Net of VAT) while in Bulk Upload, you have to compute the breakdown based on the indicated Tax Rate (ATC) and the remaining balance.
For Innove and Bayan, You may refer to the template provided which allows you to input your computed Tax Rate.
